CCNM TRIPS, NFP, a 501c3 organization located in Lansing, Illinois, publishes an issue-oriented online publication periodically as a special edition dedicated to the economic prosperity of the communities it serves.
CCNM TRIPS aims to spotlight youth initiatives that foster their growth; address the challenges seniors face living on fixed incomes; support neighborhood programs and projects that encourage new business and job creation; and promote local business efforts that extend community outreach to the unemployed, underemployed, uneducated, and vocational entrepreneurs. Additionally, it endorses political strategies that enhance the economic well-being of communities globally. The program supports twenty-five students in each 16-week training session.

The training program caters to those transitioning from unemployment, failed educational paths (high school dropouts), high school students not academically inclined, undergraduates, entrepreneurs, and graduates seeking practical work experience. It is a 16-week program combining classroom learning with hands-on training. Participants are expected to work four hours daily for at least 16 weeks. Punctuality and availability for scheduled work are required, and maintaining a C average in school is necessary for eligibility.

Desktop Publishing Professional (layout and design)
Skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks, with an exceptional working knowledge of personal computers, both hardware and software and adept at developing copy-ready forms/layouts. Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy. Able to organize and direct volunteers. Knowledgeable in the maintenance of general office equipment.
Photographer
Photographers wield cameras, both analog and digital, to capture images for artistic, news, or commercial use. Proficiency in lighting, composition, editing techniques, and film development can enhance these photographs. Photography offers various career paths.
News photographers, or photojournalists, document events, people, and places with primarily candid photos, often on location. Photojournalists might be employed by news agencies or work freelance. Sports photographers can be affiliated with professional teams or sports media outlets.
Some photographers aim to transform their work into art, employing unique techniques and styles to stand out. A photographer’s daily tasks, depending on their specialty and equipment choice, may involve: Selecting subjects, arranging equipment, lighting, and studio setups, processing negatives or slides, digitally editing images, scanning slides or negatives, developing photographs, and staying informed on new techniques and equipment through photography journals.
As a Graphic Arts Specialist, develop and design materials for food quality and safety programs aimed at the food industry and the general public, ensuring a consistent projection of quality and professionalism. - Process for using microphones
- Talking Points
- Segment ID, frequency of client’s telephone & fax phones, email address, and website info. (once every 10 minutes)
- Fact-finding process
- Internet research on client, company, business success, regulatory requirements, safety issues & educational expectations for a variety of careers available to the public.
- Program Sponsors, People, or organizations that support program content and are willing to donate money towards its production.
- People or organizations with content structured to improve, enhance, uplift, and market the benefits of some product, service, or procedure.
- Commercial Spot Production: Twenty, thirty, and sixty-second audio or video highlights of a person, product, service, program, or issue.
- Production format: Station ID, Commercial Spots & PSAs, Guest preparation for broadcast (bio, preferred question survey, cost for radio time & interview).
- Co-Host, The client’s request for CD copies of the show, Preproduction consultation & The frequency spot is played. The program spot should be played on.

Trainees will participate in a weekly thorough review of each taught skill set. The evaluation will include a practical demonstration and a written or verbal explanation of the steps involved in completing a particular task.

We deliver innovative educational programs that instruct community youth and the general public in these services, both in-person at local nonprofits and community centers, and online via the Internet.
